You have heard the famous saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" but did you know you need to eat that apple in different ways? Explore these forms of apples and their health benefits as you find your way through this fast-paced multi-storey maze adventure! Survive as long as you can, and eat as many apples as you can. And you might even learn, An apple a day keeps the dentist away as well :D

Did you know?

  • You can only absorb the iron from an apple if you peel it before eating! (or making its juice)
  • Apple peels contain antioxidants, as well as fiber
  • Eating uncut apples helps align your teeth and exercise your jaw
  • Blending an apple (making its juice without removing pulp or anything else) can help you absorb more of its nutrients
